Payments to MELT Method are described in bank statements as either MELT Method or Longevity Fitness. If you have a charge that you don't recognize with this description, please email us at help@meltmethod.com with the following information so that we can locate the order and assist:
- Date of the charge
- Amount of the charge
- Last 4 digits of the card used
- Type of card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc)
- First and last name that may be associated with the order
Note: If the charge shows up with any other title or description that is not MELT Method or Longevity fitness, it is not from us and we will not be able to help, as there would be no payment to locate in our system.
