All replacement requests must be made within our 12-month product warranty. If your product was purchased within the last 12 months, please send us an e-mail at help@meltmethod.com with the order number and a photo displaying the defect so we can assist you.
If your product was purchased over 12 months ago, we are unfortunately not able to accommodate replacement requests after that time period. To review our MELT Store Policy online, please navigate to: https://meltmethod.com/policies/refund-policy.
If you purchased MELT products directly from an instructor, please reach out to them as we can only process replacements for orders directly from our online store.
