Warranty policy

We always like to let our customers know there is a normal wear and tear process that occurs with rubber and/or foam self-treatment products, such as the MELT Balls and MELT Rollers. MELT balls and rollers can last anywhere from 12 months to a few years depending on how they are stored and used. Just like a great pair of running shoes or other sports equipment, MELT equipment may eventually need to be replaced.
