Delivered package not received

If the tracking for your package shows delivered, but you have not received it, please check the "proof of delivery" provided with the tracking information to know if it was left in the front porch, mailbox, etc. If after looking in the place where it was left you do not find it, you may want to check with your neighbors to see if someone else received it by mistake.
