Missing one or more products

Some of the smaller products might be overlooked when taking items out of the box, such as the MELT bands. Please make sure to double check by looking thoroughly into the boxes you received. 

Also, sometimes an order may be shipped in different packages, make sure to read the shipping confirmation e-mail and notice if there is one or more tracking numbers, then check them all to confirm if any of them are still in transit.
