Received misshaped MELT balls

If you notice your Large Soft and Small Soft Balls have arrived with flat spots or patterns imprinted on them, we recommend taking them out of the box and letting them return to their natural shape. Occasionally the balls get compressed by the box and this causes them to temporarily lose their shape.

Good news: These MELT balls are usually not defective. Once the balls are removed from the box for a few days, they re-inflate and any patterns made by the inside of the canvas bag should disappear.

You can also start working with the MELT balls, doing the Hand and Foot treatments, to help them regain their shape.
