Customized Pain Plan Whole Body
When you’re experiencing pain, it’s even more important that you use MELT’s indirect before direct to help rehydrate your connective tissue without causing additional pain or inflammation. This approach is an essential part of the method – don’t start MELTing the painful areas directly! Instead, try working on less painful areas first, then slowly move toward the areas with the most pain.
Here’s your 7-day plan to get you started:
- Day 1: Rebalance Sequence (AM), Mini Soft Ball Foot Treatment (PM)
- Day 2: Mini Soft Ball Hand Treatment (AM), Rebalance Sequence (PM)
- Day 3: Rebalance Sequence (AM), Neck Release Sequence (PM)
- Day 4: Basic Upper Body Length Sequence (AM or PM)
- Day 5: Basic Lower Body Compression Sequence (AM), Rebalance Sequence (PM)
- Day 6: Soft Ball Foot Treatment (AM), Rebalance Sequence (PM)
- Day 7: Lower Body Length and Low Back Release Sequence (AM or PM)
Note: If you have more pain in your hands than your feet, we want you to swap the treatments and instead MELT your feet on Day 2 and Day 5.

Additional notes:
We encourage you to view the next seven days as a “jumpstart” to living a more pain-free life. Whether you see results immediately or after a few weeks, the most important message we want to convey to you is that resolving pain takes time. It’s important to allow your body time to heal and restore balance, and the time it takes varies from person to person. Rest assured, after the seventh day, your continued self-care practice is what will really transform how your body functions!
Once you have finished the 7-day plan, you can continue to work with the videos within it as well as add new treatments, sequences, and maps. Use the search bar to find videos tailored to troubleshooting specific pain issues.
Finally, remember the golden rule of MELT: We never cause pain to get out of pain. When in doubt, ease back pressure to find tolerable compression on the balls and roller.
Give these videos a try and discover which treatments and sequences work best for you!
Note: Always consult your doctor before beginning any fitness or wellness program. If you are dealing with a medical issue, diagnosis, or had a recent surgery, make sure to direct your doctor to our website to confirm that MELT self-treatments are right for you.
