Start slowly with your MELT practice with the Large Soft Ball and the MELT soft roller. Only MELT for 10 minutes at a time and be sure to listen to your body. If pain or discomfort are felt, this is your body telling you to ease back pressure. We also recommend staying consistently hydrated by drinking water throughout your day.
