I did not receive my order

For International orders, after your order shows delivered with the US tracking, you'll want to continue tracking it with Asendia to be notified when it's delivered in your country. 

Sometimes, after a shipment arrives to another country, it arrives at a local post office location where action may be needed. The tracking should let you know the name of the shipping service handling your package, as well as how to contact them for assistance getting your order delivered.
